Customer story

Buena Vista High School helped build TardySweep. Three years later, it still runs their hallways.

TardySweep started at Buena Vista in 2024, built with the staff who use it every day. Three school years later, it's still how a school of about 1,500 students handles every tardy.

Where it started

In 2024, Buena Vista High School in Omaha Public Schools, a school of about 1,500 students, was tracking tardies the way most schools do: by hand, in spreadsheets, with follow-ups that depended on who caught the student. TardySweep was built with Buena Vista's staff to fix that, and Buena Vista has used it every school day since August 2024.

How Buena Vista uses TardySweep

Why it has lasted

TardySweep has been a game-changer for us. We needed live data on tardies that was accurate and that we could track. With TardySweep we can custom tailor the platform to meet our needs, for example, we setup alerts when students hit certain tardy increments so we know what interventions to assign. It's easy to use and has impacted our hallways more than any other initiative we have tried!
