Your setup checklist, explained

Step 1: School details and time zone
Set your school's name, city, state, color and time zone.
Step 2: Your school year calendar and terms
Add your quarter and semester dates so TardySweep knows when terms start and when to reset counts.
Step 3: Build your bell schedule
Create your periods, put them in order with start times, and choose which weekdays each schedule runs.
Step 4: Add your students (import a spreadsheet)
Import your student list from a CSV file exported from your student information system, or add students one at a time.
Step 5 (optional): Design your tardy pass
Optional: create the pass that prints when a tardy is logged, using fill-in tags for the student's name, time and tardy count.
Step 6: Invite your team
Create accounts for staff, choose their role, send reminders, and archive people who have left.
Step 7: Set up consequence rules (event rules)
Have TardySweep flag students automatically when they reach a number of tardies, like a 3rd tardy this quarter.
